Our portable wood-fired oven allows us to bring a mobile pizzeria to your event. Enjoy watching your pizzas being hand-tossed and topped on site, then baked in a wood-fired oven.
Our operation consists of a mobile wood-fired oven and a 10' by 10' tent. In order to service your event, we require a plot of land that is 10' wide by 20' long with enough room to maneuver our trailer (oven) into place.
We can service your event with any of the pizzas described below, or we can work directly with you to develop pizzas specially for your event.
